It’s been a while since we posted to @thestation It’s been a while since we posted to @thestationwpb platform, but this moment felt too special to not. Theo of @americansigh will be playing his very last show in WPB at @rustandwax this Saturday at 3pm!! 🎤🙌🎵😭 Please join us in sending him off & wishing him well on his new ventures in Los Angeles.

Theo is one of those musicians who showed up to our humble space and created the kind of magic that made us feel incredibly hopeful for the future of WPB’s music & art scene. Fast forward to now — just shy of 3 years since we’ve shut our doors, a pandemic later, and an influx of transplant humans and businesses (with very deep pockets entering into our beautiful city making it difficult for the local/art scene to hold a flame) — it’s hard to not feel conflicted, even though we still have so much love & hope for our future in WPB. What makes it bittersweet is that we still have people message us all the time asking if we’ll ever resurface and the answer is now this: We don’t know anymore & that’s hard to swallow … but what we will say is that we are FOREVER grateful for the magical memories that we’re made and it’s thanks to humans like Theo of @americansigh, Jesse, & Mel of @rustandwax, and so many of YOU. We hope to see you Saturday at 3pm. If it’s been a while, give us a big hug & let us know what you’ve been up to. Love, @thestationwpb team.
