Founded in 1941, The Norton Museum of Art became South Florida’s first such institution. In 2013, they began a bold expansion of designing a new building after seeing the need for more space. While under construction in 2019, we were commissioned to create animated graphics for their Grand Re-opening celebration. Inspired by the newly transformed building, we created a minimal line work illustration of the exterior and animated it to be “built” from the ground up.

The Norton Museum of Art reached out to us once more in 2021, for their 80th Anniversary Celebration graphics. We were asked to develop a series of visual graphic experiences through animation. Inspired by the playful color-blocked lettering, we designed energized animations communicating the details of the event. These graphics were aired on the local news stations as commercials, and shared across social media platforms.
